Front-line guest communication plus hands-on operations across our 49-home portfolio. Respond to guests, handle urgent maintenance and supply escalations end to end, and keep open maintenance tasks moving until they're done. Full-time, remote, evening/overnight US Pacific shift, $5–$8/hr.

Full-time, remote (South America, Eastern Europe and the Philippines), with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with our 8 AM–5 PM Pacific team schedule. This is a mostly asynchronous role: the 4-hour overlap is for live check-ins with the team, and the rest of the work is async and flexible. $8–$15/hour depending on experience and English fluency.
